HAND Enterprise Solution Company was established in 1996 in Shanghai as one of the first local ERP consulting firms in China. The last decade saw rapid
expansion of the company in terms of both the size of company and its revenues. Hand now has over 700 employees and an average growth rate of 30% over the last couple of years. In 2002, IDC named HAND one of "The Top Consulting Companies" in China IT industry.
Besides its Shanghai headquarter, Hand has now two regional offices, in Beijing and Guangzhou, targeting markets in northern and southern China. In mid 2007, Hand established its first oversea office in Tokyo, Japan. The R&D facilities, technical support center, and training department are located in Zhangjiang, Pudong, one of the most vibrant high tech development zones in China.

Throughout the years HAND has been diligently helping clients with its professional ERP implementation teams to fully realize the potentials offered by powerful IT systems. Not only does HAND help to implement software packages provided by industry leaders like Oracle or SAP, it has also developed many add-on customizations based on these standard packaged solutions bridging the gaps between standard ERP packages and local requirements. In recent years HAND started to ship its own ERP package, MAS (Manufacturing Application System), leveraging our deep experiences with Chinese Manufacturers to provide cost-effective solutions to address the needs of local small and medium sized enterprises.
The area of services expanded as the company grew. Nowadays HAND provides a variety of IT services ranging from traditional IT strategic consulting, business process optimizations, and ERP implementation service, to newly emerged markets of mobile solution and Business Intelligence which compliment the existing corporate IT infrastructure. HAND also stresses training and technical support to ease customers into adopting advanced technologies. Outsourcing work for foreign software institutions, which helps to reduce software development cost by utilizing China's low-cost yet highly intellectual labor pool, is also growing rapidly in HAND.
For years HAND consulting experiences have extended across various industries including machinery, electronics, automobile, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, financial services, telecommunications, and China aviation industry. More than 400 companies, including Chinese, Japanese, American, and European ones, have become HAND's customers during the past decade.
In 2002, HAND became the fully owned subsidiary of Twinwood (Singapore, 521. SI). Substantial influx of financial as well as technical support not only helped the company grow, but also raised its service quality to a higher level.
