Oracle E-Business Suite Support
We bring our best Oracle specialists into the customer support team. And through our internal network, we link virtually all our Oracle consultants, the most experienced local professionals of Oracle E-Business Suite since its inception in China, into the support center. Apart from routine support to help smooth customers’ operation, the team provides wide range of services including periodic system health check, system optimization, customized development service, on-site support, and remote patching or installations.
HAND SAP CCC (Customer Competence Center) was the 1st certified of SAP VAR Support Center awarded by SAP in China.
Services of HAND SAP CCC include call-center service, remote system diagnoses, on-site visits, and ad hoc process optimizations, development, training.
HAND SAP CCC logons customer SAP system via IPSec VPN to analyze trouble-shooting issue, and log issue in HAND Solution Manager system. Rarely, HAND SAP CCC will transfer issue to SAP GSC when some SAP bugs in customer SAP system. HAND SAP CCC delivers regularly EWA to customer, and setup OSS connection for A1 customer.
HAND SAP CCC have strong support source. HAND SAP CCC doesn’t only support familiar function module, like FI,CO,PP,SD,MM, but also QM, PM, WM, HR, PS, BW, EP, CRM, SRM, SEM. HAND SAP CCC hold the 1st and 2nd SAP Certification Support Consultants in China.
HAND SAP CCC has 20+ customer currently. 8 of them are global customer roll-out in China. 5 of them were not implemented by HAND.
AMO (Application Maintenance Outsourcing) is the newly added service to our customer support center bringing On-Demand service to ERP customers primarily in Japan and China. The aim is to remove the complexity of IT maintenance from the ERP users hence lower the total cost of ownership. It also allows our customers to leverage HAND’s deep technical experience with various ERP solutions.
